Planner, Teams & Volunteers, Templates, and Settings now live together in one simplified Services workspace, with new tools to plan several services at once, reuse service plans, and share the run of show with your team.
What changed
Section titled “What changed”Services now opens in a single workspace instead of four separate pages, so moving between Planner, Teams & Volunteers, Templates, and Settings is instant. A new multi-service view lets you plan and staff several upcoming services at the same time, and you can generate a batch of services in one step instead of creating each one by hand. Service plans are now reusable: build a run of show once in the Plan Builder and attach it to any service date, with its own schedule and timing for that occurrence. Every service plan also gets a persistent share link, so your team always has the latest version without needing a new file sent to them each week.
